Star of the Week

Sydney is Star of the week this week and she is so excited. She got to bring special family today and got her Star crown. She worked on her poster and picked out the pictures herself of all the pictures that tell all about herself. All week she will be telling her class about herself and her family. Who knows what kind of stories she will come up with!

Star of the Week

Sydney got to eat her favorite meal for her special day. Although I didn't bring her favorite candy I think she still enjoyed herself.

Face Plant in the Snow

Gavin was not happy with his big sister, Sydney, after this face plant in the snow.

Snow Day

On our Snow Day we had 8 inches of snow just perfect for a little sled riding. Gavin loved the snow, but was not so fond of the snow getting on his cowboy boots. Gabby and Sydney mastered the art of sledding as fast as they could down the hill.

Snowy Hot Tub

It's Snow roll time. For those of you that don't know, it is tradition at the Team Smith House to have snow rolls. This means getting in the hot tub for 10 minutes and getting toasty and then getting out and rolling in the snow for as long as you can before you start to feel the chill. You then jump back in and feel the tingle. Hard to do it justice but if you try it you will try it over and over again. Gabby and Sydney lead Team Smith with 6 snow rolls each.

Buzz LightYear in Sandals

Gavin wanted to get dressed and he spotted his Buzz costume and would only put that on and wouldn't take it off even to go to bed. Do you like his added touches to the outfit, the sandals and baseball hat? He told me, "I cool, mom."
